Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for print quality defects or manufacturing issues only.
Because all products are made to order, we can not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer preference
- Color expectations based on screen settings
- Change of mind
To request a return, email support@topropethreads.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you're requesting a return for
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the print or manufacturing defect
Requests submitted without photos may be delayed while we gather additional information.
We can either re-process your order or refund it - let us know how you'd like to proceed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Since our items are print-on-demand, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. Sizing charts are listed on each product page. Feel free to contact us with any questions about sizing!
