How do I care for my shirt?
To help your print last as long as possible:
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Wash with similar colors
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron directly on the printed design
Following these instructions will help keep your shirt looking its best.
How are your products made?
All of our apparel is made to order using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. We use a print-on-demand production process, which means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
This helps reduce overproduction and waste compared to traditional inventory models.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because our products are made to order, production typically takes a few business days before your order ships.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier transit times. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
My order has a problem. Who should I contact?

Please include your order number whenever possible so we can assist you more quickly.
Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed?
Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted. If you need assistance, please contact support@topropethreads.com as soon as possible.
RETURNS
Return policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for print quality defects or manufacturing issues only.
Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer preference
- Color expectations based on screen settings
- Change of mind
How do I initiate a return?
To request a return, email support@topropethreads.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you're requesting a return for
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the print or manufacturing defect
Requests submitted without photos may be delayed while we gather additional information.
